Poster presentation guidelines

Poster presentation guidelines
The posters must be printed in B1 format (707 × 1000 mm) in portrait orientation.
The title and author’s name must appear at the top of the poster. We recommend the use of a font size legible from a distance of 2 meters.
The posters should include the following elements:
• Title
• Author’s Name
• Institution’s name
• Overview. A succinct summary of the purpose, methods, and results. Use phrases rather than sentences in a simple outline format.
• Introduction. A concise statement of the objective and background of the work.
• Methods. Description of the apparatus, samples, materials, etc. in some, but not overwhelming detail.
• Results. Graphs, charts, pictures, etc., with a minimum of text to illustrate the nature of the results.
• Conclusions. Concise statement of the findings (positive, as well as negative), indicating future research directions.
Posters will be displayed throughout the duration of the conference (8th and 9th November). Authors must be available for discussion during the poster sessions.
Materials to secure posters to the boards will be provided. You will be provided with instructions on your poster location at the Conference registration desk.
