Oral presentation guidelines
Oral presentations cannot exceed (including 3 minutes for Q&A):
- 30 minutes for keynote presenters
- 20 min for invited presenters
- 15 minutes for accepted presenters
- 10 minutes for short presentations
Please be advised that presentations exceeding the limit will be cut off by the moderators in the interest of time.
Presentations should be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint. Use a standard font like Arial or Times New Roman to create your presentation.
There are many different image file formats available. After you have made sure that your image size is appropriate, you should save your image as a .BMP, .GIF, or .JPG file prior to inserting it into your presentation.
All presentations should be sent in advance to email@example.com by 5th November at the latest. Presentations of up to 25 MB can be sent by e-mail. If your presentation is bigger please contact us to make separate arrangements.
Please bring a copy of the presentation with you (in CD-ROM or USB Flash Drive format)
You do not have to bring your own computer. There will be a Windows based computer available in the meeting room and a technician at your disposal to help with any technical issues.
