There are many different image file formats available. After you have made sure that your image size is appropriate, you should save your image as a .BMP, .GIF, or .JPG file prior to inserting it into your presentation.
All presentations should be sent in advance to firstname.lastname@example.org by 5th November at the latest. Presentations of up to 25 MB can be sent by e-mail. If your presentation is bigger please contact us to make separate arrangements.
Please bring a copy of the presentation with you (in CD-ROM or USB Flash Drive format)
You do not have to bring your own computer. There will be a Windows based computer available in the meeting room and a technician at your disposal to help with any technical issues.
